Sstrange Place

Now I am in this strange place that seems to be very dry and where they get excited about strange things. This monument is is in honor of a camel driver?  Camel driver?  Now if you are in a dry and  dusty town and not much is going on this could make sense.

THE BEACH

 

It was a long drive and I was looking forward to seeing the ocean but the waves were too much for me and I stayed way up on the beach.


I met some kids on the beach and thought I'd make some new friends.  We had a good time but I ended up buried in the sand.  But it was fun.

The PIG,N PANCAKE is a great restaurant.  I really enjoyed the pancakes but the pig was rowdy and rude.

 I met some new friends  in Tonapah Nevada.  They were the original founders of the town after they found silver in them ther' hills.  Before that they were farmers in the valley.

I headed south from here but I'll tell you more about that later

ONTHE ROAD AGAIN

I heard that term "on the road again",  but I don't think this is what 'ole Willy meant.

 Of course if you are really quick it may not be a problem.

At Home in the Flowers

MY name is Duffy and my home was in a volunteer fushia bush,  It just appeared and so did I. I didn't stay long tho,  before I knew it I was on the road.
